NARC-SCENT WEED NarcScent Weed is a loose green leafy substance that was designed to be used as if it were real marijuana. Although its appearance is not exactly that of real marijuana, its burning odor is. NarcScent weed can be rolled into a joint, smoked out of a pipe or used in any other application of that of real marijuana.
